Nice hotel, great amenities and so convenient for visiting JMU. Great customer service with early check-in. Had corner room with great views of campus. Parking fee was nominal- $5/night. Overall completely worth it!More

I do, however, wish you offered a continental breakfast for the price. I feel check in is a little later than typical.

However, we do currently offer a Business-and-Breakfast package that includes our breakfast buffet for one traveler it if you would prefer that option. We just returned from our 2nd stay at the Hotel Madison. We enjoyed both stays and have only positive feedback for the hotel and staff. The staff are friendly, professional, and polite. They made us feel welcome at all times. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel was decorated for the holidays and I've included a few pictures. We ate at the bar one evening and the food and drinks were delicious. We were there to attend the JMU football game and we were able to easily walk from the hotel to the stadium. We highly recommend the Hotel Madison!

Quick and efficient check in. Very friendly front desk staff. Rooms were spacious and clean. The beds are very comfortable. We had a long day before checking in and were so happy to see that we can grab food at the hotel. Lobby bar area was very nice, and had great service and live music.

My wife and I stayed in room 645...Had efficiency and table. Table only had one chair so only one of us could sit and eat at it. Need 2 chairs so wife doesn't have to eat on couch. Love for you to up your game on the in-room coffee. Coffee pods are terrible. Match your coffee with the style of your hotel. Low-rate coffee doesn't match the Madison vibe at all. Also, didn't have any tea for my wife. only terrible coffee. All in all, a good hotel and we had a good stay.

Also, there is our grace+main coffee shop on the lobby level if you both would enjoy locally roasted coffee or specialty drinks including some teas. Staff was very accommodating and the rooms were nice. Easy parking and walking to all things at JMU. Will be back. Lobby was buzzing after the football game and the music was a nice touch. Would prefer more drink options but they had the standards. Great value for the family.
