We booked a room here in order to get some quick rest before flying out of Dulles. It may have not been much, but it's all we could get. Service was good. They were helpful in arranging a taxi to the airport and a shuttle to come back, once we returned from our trip. They were able to accommodate in allowing us to leave our car here and apply it to our room bill, as opposed to parking it at the airport, which was a huge help. In all, the price is good. However, the only real issue I see here is that there isn't a whole lot of parking spaces, but other than that, I can suggest it for stayovers and to an extent, day trips and vacations to DC.

Don't stay there for the breakfast. Not good if you want anything other than cerial or a piece of toast. Room was okay, but low budget remodel. Location is good. Bottom line is you get what you pay for.

My family stayed here recently after transporting grandson for job. It is a no frills establishment but for the price we paid, there could be no argument. It was clean with extra seating, a bench and chair, with refrigerator and microwave. True, the wifi was not very good but we were on the 3rd floor. It is a very conveinent location, central to many shopping areas. If you're on a budget, I would recommend this motel.

We are a family of 4 on an extensive summer road trip. We booked this hotel to be near DC & other Virginia attractions. We chose it due to price, proximity to metro, & for advertised amenities for our 5 night stay. Upon checking in we found that the hotel is going through renovations. Not sure if issues we experienced were related. When we went to our room we found the AC was extremely noisy/rattling. Got assigned to our new room with no problem. Discovered the new room did not have a fridge nor microwave (as advertised) & that the 2 queen beds they advertise are actually 2 double beds (ugh) - when we inquired we basically got a "too bad" attitude. We also discovered when our kids took showers that night there was NO HOT WATER!!!!! When we went to talk to the same sour receptionist (I swear if she would smile her face would crack...) she informed us we were not the first to complain & she would leave a note for the manager who would come in the morning. Hot water was not back until 10:00 the following morning - at least 12 hours later. IMO it was not acceptable to put that off. Also, I had planned to do laundry there. Found the washing machine was broken & it had been for over a week - they had no idea when it would be fixed. When we talked to the manager about our frustrations he was rude & unhelpful. I do want to give a shout-out to Denis who works the desk during the day. Very helpful, friendly, & had a smile for everyone - he understands what the hospitality industry is supposed to reflect. Breakfast attendents & maid service were fine.

Room Tip: Be mindful that they do not have queen beds - they are full sized/double sized beds.

Stayed at hotel so as to be near sites, including air museum and airport. Basic amenities. WiFi was great. Shuttles to metro station and to airport were great. Breakfast /ok, if you stick to thr cereal, fruit, yoghurt and pastries. Reception staff friendly, but housekeeping staff a bit difficult to communicate with. Value for money.

Room Tip: 3rd floor rooms are best. Best away from elevator traffic.
