During a dinner break from work, my coworker and I decided to dine at K&L upon the recommendation of another coworker. Upon sitting down, we were greeted by an extremely friendly waitress who's pleasing personality and attention to detail made a delicious meal even more impressive. I had the chicken livers with brown gravy and onions, greens, and baked potato. My coworker had the quarter baked chicken, sweet potato, and green beans. Everything was very good, but best of all were the delicious biscuits and hush puppies! I highly recommend this place if you like country cooking, but come early. We got there at 4:15 on a Thursday afternoon and there were only a few empty tables, and as we were leaving an hour later it was beginning to get crowded.
