We are a group of Irish girls and ventured to o'sheas last night and it was amazing. Their shepherds pie and fish and chips was just like you get at home. Service was fantastic too. Tommy the owner is there every night making sure everything is in order. Apparently the apple pie is delicious but we couldn't fit that in after our mains!

Nice little irish pub and restaurant. Had Shepard's pie and another day filet mignon....excellent. Good selection of whiskey and brews. Good staff and personable owner on top of things. Highly recommend.

The one place in town that actually has craft beer!!! Good for them to support one of the couple fledgling craft breweries in the country. Th beer isn't bad and is a welcome respite to the Heineken owned yellow fizz "Toña" that inundates the country!

My husband and I went here a few times in our five weeks in Granada. Excellent service, great macuas (national drink) and good shepherds pie. Garlic toast was awesome. Inside is a real "pub" atmosphere but not too crazy. Tables on the street are great for sitting and watching the people and entertainment. Yes, there are street vendors (to be expected at almost all the establishments along La Calzada and square) but the staff are very attentive and quick to perceive if you are not interested in buying and will move the vendors along. O'Shea's also provided some insight into the life of the people of Granada on the back of their menu. It was good to know that the majority of children begging on the streets are not really starving. Many have homes and families who feed them and those who don't are looked after through different government programs. So, when they are looking at you with sad eyes and saying they are hungry it is so they can eat our rich "tourist" foods instead of the healthy local foods provided for them. Hard to say no, but necessary for their own benefit.

The host / owners were very friendly and welcoming to the pub, which is located on a quiet street one block off the busy row of restaurants lining La Calzada. While we did not come for the craic, we wanted some solid pub grub and we ordered two hamburgers and a beer. Given the low quality of the food presented, it appears the owners have either given up or are catering to clientele that are more concerned with jello shots than good quality food. As the hamburger consisted of a fried, tasteless patty that can only be described as a congealed clump of meat, my suggestion to the owners would be to embrace making a fresh charbroiled patty and use a decent bun instead of one that anyone could pickup at the local supermercado. I go to a restaurant to have food that I cannot make as well at home and this experience fell well short of being acceptable.
