We staid for one night only. The pool is small, but sufficient considering the beach next door. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. Our room was not in the main building and we found it calm and properly equipped.

This hotel has 4 stars and prices in booking but in reality cannot be more than 2 stars. No facilities, no public areas just rooms to let basically. Size of pool is tiny suitable for home use. No drinking water in rooms. We paid euro 500 for 3 nights thinking it was a 4 star hotel. Very misleading!

We were guests at Argo boutique hotel from July 16th to 19th. During our stay we requested laundry services for our clothes. It came back completely ruined. Black marks and washed out. Like the clothes have been boiled. We went to the reception and explained our situation and they questioned our credibility and intentions.

We brought the situation forward to the management team to give them the opportunity to resolve onsite. Instead of taking responsibility and improve our experience, they pushed the responsibility to their third party laundry service. The situation then escalated with the owner of the laundry service arriving furious onsite, crying and shouting in our faces. Incomprehensible behaviour.

Being an experienced traveler around the world staying at 5 and 4 star hotels only. I have never experienced staff members questioning the intention of their customers by stating “we don’t know how your clothes looked before”. It is such a no go.

At the end, even though given the opportunity, the management or the laundry service did not take responsibility or proposed a resolution. As a result we had clothes damaged for +€500.

The room was cute and clean, we stayed at a superior suite. However, the overall customer experience was just terrible.

The pictures are taken in the reception with presence of the staff members.

Such an enjoyable stay here at Argo Boutique Hotel, located in a very central but quite area , close to the centre, close to St George beach, which is ideal for families with younger children. The rooms are spacious enough with a great bathroom, light and airy , also has AC . Friendly and helpful staff , booked our pcrs for us , our taxis if needed and helped us print out documents for travel . Very peaceful and relaxing stay and a great breakfast was included . I would stay here again .

Room tip: Parking is limited , we didn’t have a car , wasn’t necessary so close to most things . Lots of bikes and buggy and car hire facilities near

Average hotel, pictures on Booking .com was not what we got. Room was clean but overcrowded with furniture so we had to actually remove some to make space for bags. Bathroom is more like a wet room, small and the excess water overspills in toilet area, which to be honest was so small you could not swing a cat in. It was clean, breakfast was good, location was good, with walking distance to some nice restaurants/St Georges beach and the main port area.

Would I stay here again? No I would look to see what other value I could get in Naxos
