Well this is the first time that I have stayed at this hotel, I did email them beforehand for a couple of request but what a stay! Firstly our room (224) was clean tidy had the balcony that I had requested overlooking the Square, house keeper very polite and our room was kept spotless for the duration of our 14 day stay.
Small bar downstairs great guys and got to like the latte Mochatto, shame that they did not sell many Italian beers would like to have seen Moretti or Peroni but not the end of the world.
Restaurant service staff really helpful and polite, Food was a bit hit and miss but we chose to eat out on the second week, don't let this put you off but I do like to try Italian food and going to local restaurants gives you a wider choice.
Location is great with access to many over areas and such a short walk from the beach which was spotless, love the drinks cart that comes up and down selling Ice cream and beers!
Overall a great holiday and I will be returning to this hotel.

Room Tip: WE had a front room overlooking the square which we requested but the rear rooms are quieter

Our second stay at the Eden in two years. Very comfortable, clean and tidy. They even arranged for us to have the same, quiet room that we had in 2015. Staff very helpful, kind and courteous. Great free wifi.

Room Tip: 239 is a nice quiet room

Very clean & tidy, well located in the middle of Lido di Jesolo with easy bus to Punta Sabbioni for Venice ferry. Reception staff really helpful e.g. when planning local travel/activities. Unless you need a balcony the rooms at the back of the hotel on second floor are very quiet and have an opening door and railing to hang clothes for drying.
Breakfast was not varied day-to-day but nicely done and sufficient choice and always fresh. We did not eat at the hotel in the evening as there are lots of restaurants on the main strip, we were B&B.
Pool area is small be adequate and never busy. Dedicated beach area is great and only 2 mins away, always has sunbeds & parasol. No need for silly reserving with towels etc. Beach was very clean and family friendly. Beach bars and mobile 'shop' all good range and value.
Wifi not great in some rooms but good wifi from surrounding businesses.
We would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Room Tip: Front of the hotel overlooks Piazza Mazzini & strip, may have some noise but we didn't stay in those rooms so can't be sure.

We went for a room with a balcony, it was clean, modern and comfortable, just the right size for two adults and a child.
I believe all rooms are air-conditioned.
All of the staff were without exception friendly and helpful.
The pool is relatively small, but never crowded and we went in August. The beach is a short walk from the hotel, very nice with sun loungers and parasols for guests at the hotel, again we never had a problem finding loungers on the beach.
Overall, a lovely experience and nothing to complain about.
Aside from the hotel (which we were very pleased with), finding a good restaurant was not always that easy, some are good, others are not what one would expect in Italy.
I'd highly recommend Ristorante Laguna, a little more expensive than the norm, but the food and drink was on a completely different level.
Pizzeria da Bepi is another good one, family business and the food was more than acceptable.

Room Tip: Room with a view over the main strip. Not too noisy, windows did a good job of silencing any noise.
