It started from the beginning. I reserved a harbor room on the club level only to be told at checkin that it was impossible to reserve such a room. Fortunately I had my email confirmation which showed that indeed it was possible. We finally got to our room after waiting past checkin - bad keys, etc. The front desk never apologized and in fact acted as if we were wrong!
The next day we go to the club room for breakfast only to find that there was very little food and utensils. My husband called down to the front desk. The front desk called the club level but no one answered the phone. A Sheraton employee, Mimi, came and saved the day. She got everyone to hustle and lo and behold food was put out.
Today when we came back to our room at 4:00 pm, the room had not been cleaned. We called down to the lobby once again and waited for our room to be cleaned.
We will NEVER return to this property. It would be funny due to so many things going wrong but unfortunately it’s just sad. The only good thing about this property is a woman named Mimi. She was professional, engaging and helpful. She deserves a raise!!!!!More
