What a great week we had here with the children, we went all inclusive and we were not disappointed at all, food was great with so much choice every day, rooms were lovely and pools were fab especially the splash pool which really made my 3 year olds holiday extra fun. Staff were so nice and helpful, especially Claire in the snack bar. and the Tui staff were great and the entertainment team were just brilliant. Hotel left out snacks out snacks and water in our room for us as we arrived very late which was very much appreciated and also allowed us to have a late checkout for €32 and have our all inclusive until we left as we had a late flight home, sad to leave and will definitely be returning.this is a very family place so not suitable for couples or singles but great for families of all ages.

Let's start with the arrival, check in was swift as you'd want at 2am. After that my partner was left to struggle with four suitcases over to block 5 which has both sharp up and down hill rams, dropping suitcases a number of times, which I'm sure woke people up. We arrive at our room to find it 'alright' not much to complain about but nothing to be excited about either, simple and useful is fair. There was food left out for us in the room four plates, I have no idea how long they had been there as they was at room temp and the chicken burger had gone a little soggy from the condensation build up under the cling film.

The pools...cold, in fact very cold. The splash pool with pirate ships and water slides was the worse for temperature as it was shallow and under cover. The water slides don't have enough water running down them so children would get stuck at the top then have to push themselves along with their hands. The main pool has lots of room and a good depth of 1.80m at its deepest and down to just under 1m at the shallow end.

Sun beds - well, if you're not up at 6am you're left with what ever is left. This should really be on the management's list of things to combat, you can only place a towel on the sunbed if your going to use it there and then, people would claim a sun bed or beds then go off out for hours off site and come back to a prime location around the pool. This really is terrible.

Food...meh, it's not Terrible but it's not what some people are calling AMAZING, honestly take it with a pinch of salt those comments. It's very standard all inclusive food, desserts are mostly foam flavoured things disguised as cakes.

Entertainment...It's alright our kids at 2 and 3 so they don't want to stay up late and the reps are ok and singing but aren't great so after a few nights their voices become a little tiresome. Cheap random acts on for most of the nights barely get a few tables applauding.

The general people, mostly Irish with a few British. Kids left to wonder about, climbing up slides and generally left to do what they want as parents get drinks round the pool, one Irish woman had a top on that had wrote on the front "keep calm or f you"...Yes, I know what you're thinking, classy.

I can't be bothered to write anymore about this place. It's alright but we won't be returning it's 100% 3*...4* if some huge changes were made.

WOW what a fabulous hotel!!! From the minute we arrived to when we left, everyone at this hotel is so super friendly and great with kids. I travelled with my husband & 2 kids, ages 3&1 from cork. It is so clean, safe & fantastic activities for the kids. Reception staff, cleaning staff, pool bar staff, manager, tui reps, restaurant staff & bar staff are all fantastic in particular Oscar in the night bar- great waiter, so friendly & great way with kids, superb English! He made us feel so welcome.
The food is fantastic, we went half board so breakfast & dinner, breakfast is divine ranging from omelettes(freshly prepped), pancakes to a fry. Dinner has every type of food, every night is different, great for coelics too. Great range of food for kids too. Restaurant staff are unbelievable....work such long hours but always a smile on their faces, the staff were so amazing & so good with the kids. Claire in the splash pool (kids pool) was so nice too, food there for lunch is lovely. The tui reps are brill, especially entertsinment staff-they have great endurance every night dancing & keeping kids & adults entertained. I'm so sad to be home from our fantastic holiday....will start saving for next year :)

Lovely clean hotel, nicely located at top of Cala Bona.
Consisting of kitchenette, two sofa beds, large bedroom, bathroom & lots of storage.
Very good options at all mealtimes, snack bars x2 very nice.
Very friendly especially TUI animation&kids club teams, big credit goes to Jammin James, Abbey Bows, Joey B, Ashley and rest of kids club who were exceptionally friendly throughout the stay.
Really enjoyed our holiday, would recommend this hotel to any family.
Will return.
