The hotel is very good standard. All the staff, cleaners, bar staff, kitchen staff are hard working, polite and helpful. 3 pools to choose from, including an indoor pool. There is a day club for children which is well managed with lots of entertainment for the children. There is evening entertainment of a good standard. Local shops, bars and restaurants are a short 10 minute walk away. There are also beaches near by that can be reached by main road way or the pleasant coastal walkway. Hope I have covered all the good points.

The worst thing about this hotel is the Thomas Cook reps who sell day trips. For the first time in many a year we decided to book a trip through the reps. We usually do our own trips via local transport as you get to see a great deal more.
We booked a trip to Alcudia market and Formentor through Jimmy & co. A journey of no more than an hour plus. Two hours and twenty minutes later, two bus changes (not informed about) we arrived. We're given approximately 2 hours to is it the market and get some lunch. As you can imagine the mass of people meant hurrying around market and trying to find a seat at many of the restaurants/cafes and bars to get lunch was impossible. Arriving back to the bus area we find the bus had been and gone half hour before our pick up time. Families with children and older couples had to endure a wait for the bus in extremely high temperatures. The guide didn't even have a mobile phone to contact the bus company or the driver. We then endured a stupid stop-off on a mountain top on our way to Formentor for about half an hour. By now, all the passengers patience had waned. Then onto Formentor for a short 20 trip round the bay to Pollensa. Back onto the bus for another journey of two hours plus back to our hotel. I worked out that we spent a little over 7 (seven) hours, that's correct, on the seat of a bus. Jimmy and Thomas Cook got a lot to re-think here. I spoke with and over heard conversations from other passengers about how disgusted they were with this trip. This was certainly one day of my life lost, never again with Jimmy and co. They say holidays should invoke fond memories, however this day trip was pure hell. These Thomas Cook reps at this hotel told constant lies about the quality, service and expectations of these trips, never mind forgetting to inform you of the many bus changes that they conveniently omitted from their spiel. Thomas Cook, scrap the trips to Alcudia and these useless reps at the hotel. Bring in proper trained reps with customer service as the fore front. At the moment you do not do what it says on the tin.

Me and my partner really enjoyed this hotel and all it had to offer. Like a lot of all inclusive holidays by the end of the week the food did become a little samey unless you like fish. The views from the room (floor 7) was amazing, as where the view from the pool side too. Would highly recommend this hotel as the staff were all lovely, and evening entertainment wasn't too bad either.

I am currently coming to the end of my week long stay at this hotel, with my partner. When we first arrived we were greeted by hotel staff and given welcome drinks, check in was quick and our prior request for a top floor room was acknowledged, which we were very pleased about.

The hotel is in a lovely location and cannot fault the cleanliness of the rooms and the other areas. There are two beachs in walking distance and plenty of other restaurants and bars in the local area.
There is also a local shopping area that has plenty of souvenir shops and includes 2 mini golf courses (worth trying). However, if you want lively bars, this probably isn’t the best area for you, so isn’t potentially a good spot for young couples/friends to come on holiday.

Staff are attentive and will go out of their way to try help if possible. Particular mention goes to Jimmy the Thomas Cook rep who was very helpful in giving us advice on the local area and possible excursions.

However there have been some large negatives on our week. To begin with, the lifts are atrocious. It gets to the point where you either walk up 9 flights of stairs or wait 20 minutes for a lift.

The food is very very hit and miss, a lot of the food either sits there for best part of 30 mins luke warm, which is very worrying especially with meat. One major point for me is that not once had I seen someone check the temperature of the meat that has been sat stewing. There is a sign in the restaurant where you can ask food to be cooked fresh but when I asked for a fresh burger, the chef refused.

Due to this we have been eating out rather a lot, obviously this isn’t expected with an inclusive package and has been rather annoying due to spending more than expected.

Following this I would say I wouldn’t be returning to this hotel unless some changes are made.

We stayed here last week, and it was a great hotel. Everywhere was so clean, the staff were really friendly. They did seem a little pushy at times when trying to get you involved in the activities, but they are just doing there job.

The food was good, there was always something to have at dinner/breakfast. We didn’t go at lunchtime as we were quite happy with the snack bar everyday.

The bar could be a little slow at times, with only one staff member on. This didn’t really bother us as we weren’t in a rush!

We did read the reviews about the pool being cold, and they aren’t wrong. It is freezing! But always alright once you braved it enough to get in. We never had an issue with trying to find a sun bed, there were always some spare around the pool. The staff were always keeping it clean and picking up glasses/plates. We were quite surprised there were no flies or bugs!

Overall a great holiday and we can’t wait to come back!

Me and my partner are currently on holliday at this hotel .
Good points
Hotel is very clean bars are very good with wide range of drinks .
Sun loungers always enough weather by top or bottom pool .
The rooms are perfect we are on the 9th floor and the view is stunning
The pool is nice after being sizzling on the sun beds for hours activity team are good and the shows are brilliant on the evening

Now for the bad point
The food is not good had to eat out a few times due to the food being freezing cold and being fed up of seeing chips and potatos the staff in the resturant are moody dont smile and try to take your plate away before you even finish your food like you are being rushed out of there .
The snack bar is constantly the same burgers hot dogs and chips which everytime you try and get 1 the chips are cold the burgers are either cold or burnt on the outside and still have pink in the middle .could do with having abit of a change on there

Still on holiday here so will put if anything changes
