Haiku continues being an innovative experience. Exciting culinary cooking , with diverse and original Japanese style creation. It combines innovation, taste and image. An unforgettable night with exciting tastes presented in unbeatable appearance and explained with all detail with top class service. And experience not to miss when visiting Cadaques. No question, Worth a visit as an enjoyable experience with friends and or family. Excellent from start to end, from appetizers to desserts, a cascade of flavors, tastes and innovative cooking creation. Just an improvement suggestion, add Japanese beers as option in the drinks menu. Enjoy it.

Visited last night . One of best food experiences in long time and best Japanese food I've ever eaten. Each dish made with precision and freshest ingredients. Wonderful flavour combinations. We were four but forgot to announce that one was a vegetarian until we arrived. It's a set menu but they were completely unfazed and produced a wonderful vegetarian meal. Wine list included Ganevat, Ch Pibernon rose, A Rousseau amongst others.
If you are serious about food you cannot miss !!

Our visit to Haiku was more like a show than just a meal.

I think we had about fourteen courses (I lost track!) of delicious Japanese-inspired food. Each (small) course was as original as the last. The chef carefully explained every course and taught us about why it was special.

The finale was an amazing dessert. We were told to just put it in our mouths and wait for it to explode! It did, and it was wonderful.

Original concept, many plates and different flavours. Each portion is small but at the end your full. You take the time to enjoy each sushi and portion. Its very nice concept in tourristic place. We can feel the passion of the chef for japanese food. Only point is maybe a piece of meat was missing. But very nice place.

if you have the time & chance to eat at haiku - just do it. it is truly a wonderful journey. we made our reservation very late and still we could get a table. the waiter explained every dish and we enjoyed our stay. we already spent quite a while tasting food all over the world - and we will remember haiku. don't forget to taste some of their wonderful wine and rum!
