My experience of this hotel had a rocky start when a problem with their computer systems meant they could not see I had prepaid for the room, after several frustrating phone calls they agreed I had in fact paid in full.

Due to this issue I was fairly apprehensive about what to expect when I got the hotel but I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are large, have a fridge and the shower was incredible. The beds are big but quite hard and uncomfortable but fine for a night or two..

The best bit of this hotel is the location, the purpose of my travel was to have a tourist day in Central London and then the next day to go to the Rugby World Cup at Wembley. Both locations were easy to get to from the hotel via Preston Road tube station which is approx 5 minute walk away. Would definitely stay here again.

If you don't expect a lot when you visit this hotel then you won't be disappointed. Room was fairly big with a huge bed and a single bed, TV big with hot drink facilities. Walls are very thin and traffic is very loud in the morning!! Perfect location for wembley stadium, we even walked back (unintentionally-no taxis available) would probably stay again for wembley visit.

Slight mishap from the company I booked through! But the staff at Brent hotel was completely helpful with the situation in trying to make our stay that little bit better after a stressful day! I would truly recommend this hotel if you are going to Wembley stadium as is only one tube station away or a short walk away!

Stayed here last night, my husband and I. We were going to a gig at Wembley that got cancelled but couldn't cancel the hotel due to the website booked with. Handy place to stay for Wembley. I struggled with a couple of things. This is supposed to be a new/modern purpose built hotel with continental breakfast. The room was comfortable enough and clean, with aluminium windows, a couple of cracked/and or lose tiles in the bathroom. The shower was very slow at warming up. Continental breakfast consisted of boxed mini cereals, juice, tea and coffee, some chocolate brioche type thing in plastic and white toast (I only eat brown), that was it. What baffles me more is that they proudly display a certificate of excellence from Trip Advisor? I fail to see how they could have earned this in all honesty. The venue was old with a party of some kind out the back and then later more people outside chatting. It's smack bang in the middle of a residential area with the nearest eating options being 10 minutes minimum walk away. Not a bad bed, staff were fine, but for £90, really not worth it.
