We are in a suite which is very nice. Bathroom seems a little dated but all else appears to be new. Rooms are clean, staff is very friendly and accommodating. We were here several years ago staying in an efficiency room and had no complaints with it either.

The Inn is as comfortable as a mid-range hotel. The desk clerk was polite and helpful. The downside was we arrived on a Sunday evening. The clubs adjacent to the Inn are closed. Nothing on base is open on Sunday evening either. We had to go off base to find a place to eat. All the closest restaurants closed at 8:00. We had to drive 20 minutes up I-95 to find a place to eat. At least the Inn has breakfast.

This is the second time I have stayed here. This trip was from July 5-10.The employees are nice, check-in was very easy and quick. The beds are in great shape. The water pressure in the shower is very low, the toilets are small. I did see a few spiders while I was in the hotel. The breakfast they offer is very limited, so do not go there hungry. Overall, this is an average hotel, but I would stay there again.

Comfortable stay for 3 weeks for hubby as a Warrior Games athlete. I spent one night with him after missing the bus back to the family hotel. Appreciative of the spaciousness of a king bedroom, the home-like feeling, and the great housekeeping staff.

It's perfectly situated on the base and easy to find. The rooms are nice, as is the breakfast area and other places. It DOES feel a bit in need of a little updating.

The best part used to be the price. However, those have recently been raised, and because of that, the Crossroads isn't the deal it used to be. It's comparable in price to nearby hotels, and some of those are nicer. A cheaper price would be better. If the higher price stays, the rooms need to be updated.
