We had our son's rehearsal dinner at the Lafayette; everyone raved about their food. We had steak, salmon and chicken, all were delicious and plentiful. The broccoli was amazing, yes, the broccoli! Alan, the owner/chef was easy to work with and on top of everything from the booking to the final event. They were very accommodating with any request we made.

The Lafayette is our favorite local restaurant. You HAVE to try the ice cream and the filet stack is a personal favorite of my entire family. The ambiance is wonderful, you can just imagine refined diners from the 1800's eating there, especially in the winter with the fireplaces going.

First, the dinning room is quaint and doors are closed at all times, creating a peaceful and relaxing dinning experience. There are not many tables, so you have to make a reservation. The service is excellent and a decent selection of beer and wine. The food was delicious! The scallops were cooked perfectly, and the risotto was the best ever. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare, and just melted in your mouth. The portions were decent, and the sides were unique. The homemade ice cream is incredibly flavorful and creamy. Overall, we had a wonderful dinning experience.

Saturday afternoon late lunch between wineries. Wide selection of burgers. Opted for the breakfast burger - fried egg, American cheese, and bacon. All burgers are 8 ounces and are cooked just past medium. Arrived hot and juicy. Side of onion rings were ok. The burger could not have been better. Another diner opted for the quiche of the day and it did not disappointed. Side salad was very fresh, had a nice balsamic dressing, and was topped with curry flavored nuts. Another solid choice. Good beer selection and excellent service.
