Stay was great and front desk lady was extremely helpful. The beds were comfortable clean rooms. There was a nice view as well, the people were kind not too loud. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you

Nice hotel, centrally located in the boardwalk light display. The room was neat and clean. The staff were very nice and friendly. Appropriate cautions were taken to ensure a safe visit during the Covid virus outbreak. The breakfast was more than adequate and a restaurant was located on the premises and was open Thanksgiving day. Overall we had a very nice vacation at a reasonable price.

My wife and I stayed at the Sandcastle for a two day getaway. We were impressed with the hotel staff and service - especially during COVID-19 requirements. We were wondering if the hotel would be able to provide hot breakfast items and they came through with flying colors. They had hotel staff serving guests while maintaining social distance protocols. The room was clean and comfortable. They did not provide daily housekeeping service but the front desk was very helpful in replenishing towels and other items as needed. We had a balcony room facing the ocean and the price was very reasonable. Sandcastle has become our new favorite beachfront hotel in Virginia Beach.
