This is a timeshare property, not a hotel. Be aware you're giving your contact information to a company that sells memberships. We have not yet been called, but it's only 2 weeks.
Our suite was very nicely furnished. The bathroom was truly beautiful. However, the amazing shower had no ledge, shelf or other place on which one might place shampoo, etc.
The biggest issue, however, is the lack of parking. Finding a space in the garage was like playing musical chairs. If you missed the momentary vacating of a space, you had to park at the HoJo across the street. The garage-circling: in, out, in again, then out again, hoping the parking gods might smile upon you in your exasperated desperation as you passed slowly by the taken spaces!! I grew to despise my fellow vacationers lucky enough to have won the parking space lottery.
If the resort adds enough parking so that each suite gets one reserved space, they will get an extra star from me.
Amenities and stay were good. There was no social distancing measures during our stay as far as enforcement in main lobby, multiple hand sanitizer stations or frequent cleaning of bell hop cart, doors, elevators or facility wide as the procedures were stated in welcome packet. Rooms were very clean in all areas.
