Top shelf service and care for our Defender

Darryl on the valet stand was awesome, and took great car of our Parking needs. As the first contact to the hotel he is a true goodwill ambassador. Thank you. What mare is there to say, but the review must have 200 characters. So the rest is just blah blah

Fantastic advice!

After a great family vacation this weekend, we were looking to get a good meal on our way out Monday morning and were told to try “Bay local” but it ended up being closed. Luckily, to our dismay, Brian Dandridge, a gentleman with the valet service saved the day by recommending the “tin cup” as an alternative and it was absolutely delicious. Thank you soo much, again!

Excellent experience!!!

Had a wonderful July 4th weekend with family and friends in VA Beach. While grabbing some food at the Tin Cup, we encountered a friendly valet team. I really appreciated Brian’s attentiveness and customer service. Food was great, customer service second-to-none, and shoutout to Brian who treated us more like family than patrons.

Brian & Janice

My family stayed at the hotel over 4th July weekend after a long drive and a few grumpy family members in the car… Brian greeted us with a smile. Even though he was busy he was very personable. He even gave my kids a couple good laughs (you don’t get that type of service these days). What a nice guy can’t say that enough ! Janice was also super helpful and very energetic when we returned after dinner one night. The hotel was clean inside we enjoyed our stay. Great pool and views of the bay and fireworks. My kids loved the firework show. We will be back soon.

Great getaway!

We recently stayed at the hotel for the first time. This is a recently renovated hotel and it is beautiful! The staff was very friendly and professional. The beach is on the Chesapeake Bay which is not as hectic as the oceanfront but just as scenic!

Room tip: Bay view rooms closer to the beach/water have a better view.
