The Hyatt Place is a beautiful new hotel (opened in June of 2022) at the quiet end of the "Boardwalk" in Virginia Beach. It was very clean, the staff was very friendly and the manager was great! I highly recommend this hotel. It is 100% pet friendly too!

This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed. I would make valet parking optional. Staff was courteous and always greeted you with a smile. Continental breakfast was good, the only thing missing was muffins.

Great place. Beautiful, clean, corner room overlooking the ocean. Staff was very attentive in some areas, kind of forgetful in others. The bar was lacking ingredients to make a Mojito, and had no, Merlot, so it was kinda meh. The breakfast was like most. There were constantly fighter jets flying over. If this tolerable to you, then it's a great place. I loved it for one night, but I don't think I'd want to spend much more than a couple of nights there.

We had a very pleasant time at the hotel. Front desk, breakfast, valet and room service people were all awesome and helpful.
The rooms were clean and the "call when you want room service" is a very good environmental policy. It was slow season but the hotel was full, anyway.
Being dog-friendly is a big plus! Our dog met so many new friends
I just wish they had bigger accessible rooms with walk-in showers.

Room was spacious with two queens and a couch that could pull out. Wifi was great. Room had a fridge; hotel is also dog friendly. Free breakfast is quite good. One negative is that there is only valet parking. Bar area is spacious and clean. We brought our little dog and the hotel was great for that. A little walkway for dogs to do their business… Hotel is walking distance to a bunch of places to eat. It was my first time to VA Beach and I would definitely stay at this hotel again…..
