My 5 person family stayed at the Hilton Garden inn for 9 days. Overall this is a good hotel for families. We had the suites with 2 room areas overlooking the ocean. The bed is pretty comfortable. We couldn’t hear many people in the halls expect doors closing. The negative with being where we were at was the restaurant in the hotel has music which is great but it is quite loud and the windows just don’t keep out noise in that way so until 10 pm most nights you can hear the music playing. You could argue that we could open our patio door and listen expect there was a loud fan right outside so it wasn’t appealing to keep the door open to listen. The other negative was the breakfast is just not worth the cost, it is around 15 dollars per adult no half the cost for kids 12 and under, yes they will order food for you but so does the Embassy suites and for the cost of the hotel you can get a better breakfast at nearby restaurants for a cheaper cost. The other downside is the night staff, we got in about 2 am and we’re told this was no big deal, expect it was a pain to contact anyone inside to let us in and when we got to our room there were zero blankets for the pullout for our kids…we tried to call downstairs to ask for blankets but no one answered for around 30 min so at 2:30 in the morning my husband managed to track down a custodian and they brought up 3 blankets for us right away. On the plus side most of the valet drivers were super friendly and went above and beyond for us watching for when we come and go by the end one of them kept our truck in the ready lot. So for them awesome job! This hotel is fairly near restaurants in the area and is a fairly good value. Also you get 2 chairs for the beach when you room here they are small but hey free is free. There are no beach towels provided by the hotel.

Aside from the road valet parking attendant I was charged double for my room, Cleaning staff completely ignore the do not disturb signs and will walked in on us sleeping. For a hotel this expensive it’s horrible that breakfast can’t even be included

Selected a room on line away from the elevator but when we checked in got room directly across from elevator.
Air conditioner in our room is as loud as the jet planes that fly over the beach.
Almost all hand sanitizer stations are empty all the time.
Rooms need updated.
Positives are the location and restaurant located on premises.

Great location! Elevators kept having issues and only 2 for the whole place, so I would recommend a lower level floor in case you have to use the stairs. For the most part pictures online are accurate, however bathroom in our room was not. A/C was noisy, bathroom door needed some work, very hard to open and shut. Our main door also slammed shut every time!

I checked into the hotel on the app before I even got there to save going to the front desk. What they don't tell you is you have to go to the front desk to get a parking key for the parking lot which is over the road and not attached to the hotel. So there isn't any point in checking in on the app! When I got to the room there was a bug on the bed, and several around the room. The AC is set to 67 and it wouldn't allow any adjustments. So, the room was either freezing cold or the balcony door could be left open which was then too warm.

The rest of the hotel was alright and the staff were very friendly. Views were beautiful, but I wouldn't pay $400 a night to stay here.
