The front desk lady Samata was super nice and gave me upgrade room. Even though the hotel is a small property, it is close to everywhere of downtown. Will defiv visit again if have chance. The room is clean and quite, and bed is super soft.

My boyfriend and I were staying in Seattle for a weekend getaway. The first night we stayed in downtown Seattle, but decided to finish out the short trip in Bellevue. Man, were we happy that we did! Right from the start, the front desk associates were super friendly. They even upgraded our room free of charge! They offer not only a free hot breakfast each morning (for select floors), but they do a happy hour with appetizers in the afternoon. Lots of good and healthy options. I would highly recommend staying at this property if you visit the Bellevue/Seattle area. Free parking and nice upgraded rooms to boot!

Room Tip: If not offered at check-in, ask about upgrading to the 6th or 7th floor. Those floors receive the free breakfast and happy hour.

So, the service at the hotel, across the board was exemplary. That being said, the hotel itself is a bit tired. Its obvious they have been making investments to modernize the place, and my room was nice, but the facility as a whole it's showing its age. One note for business travelers: the internet and phones are a not suspect. Totally fine for surfing, though.

Our family stayed here while going to a Mariners game in Seattle. We found the hotel very clean and modern. We took 2 king size bed rooms and the beds were both superb!! The price was great for this time of year for such an upscale hotel.

The hotel offers free shuttle service within 5 miles of the hotel. We took an Uber driver to go to the game which was a great deal!

Even though it's close to the highway we didn't hear the traffic at all with the inside fan going in the room. We didn't notice any noise from neighbors.

The breakfast was great and they offered us a 25 percent discount at the front desk which was a nice savings. I ordered an omelet from the menu and the rest of the family had the $18 breakfast buffet which they were all happy with. There were many hot choices as well as yummy fresh fruit.

A note to the management: One thing that needs improvement is the darkening shades. They were either hung wrong or just not big enough for the window to let the light shine through. This was a compaint from both rooms.

We would definitely stay here at the Sheraton again especially at the price we paid of $118/king room. Thanks again Sheraton for a job well done!

Stayed here a couple of nights - like a lot of people I was heading to Microsoft which took about 15 minutes

Arrived around 9pm and pretty chaotic check in as it appeared not all rooms had been cleaned - but strange for 9pm? After about 15mins I got checked into a Room on the SPG floor. Pretty average room. cleans and comfy bed but dated furniture - view out of the window right onto the freeway and pretty noisy in the room too :-(

Small bar had nice friendly staff and ate an ok meal in there - closes at 11 though

I paid a 5 star price but really was just a 3 star experience
