I stayed for a a couple of days for an event at the hotel. I location was not bad. It is walking distance to many place around town. I had an issue with the first room that i was upgrade to. The staff was great in switching me to another room quickly. Thank you for the outstanding customer service, free bottle water and free shuttle service. I would stay here again when I come back to Bellevue.

Paid $133 including tax for a tiny cramped room. We weren't expected anything grand since we reserved a room with 2 double beds, but there was hardly any walking space between the beds and the desk. The AC unit was loud and right next to the desk making it too cold to sit there while trying to adequately cool the rest of the room.
The lobby area had no amenities like free coffee. So we made coffee with the coffee maker and pods in our room. Good thing we moved the coffee maker into the bathroom because it was sputtering hot coffee all over. Not a pleasant experience. And why include free breakfast for some rooms and not for others? Our friends' booking included free breakfast and ours didn't. Was expecting more luxury from the Sheraton name (our first time staying at a Sheraton) but will opt to stay at a Holiday Inn or similar class hotel in the future.

1) room had no closet just a standing rod rack for hanging clothing
2) very loud and annoying vent fan in the bathroom
3) the most annoying of all...club lounge breakfast ends at 9 am..Is this a joke?

On the positive side they've installed multi plug outlets on both sides of the bed...

Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay. I apologize for the room not having a closet as we are in the process of upgrading this room to be a wheelchair accessible room. Also, while our club lounge breakfast ends at 9, we are always happy to accommodate any later guests by giving breakfast coupons to the buffet at our restaurant, as it goes later. Please reach out to me the next time you are in town and I will be happy to make sure you receive a room with closet, and also receive access to breakfast.

Reasonbly priced hotel with good parking a 20 min brisk walk from the city center. Clean and tidy rooms. Typical US standard. Good Internet connection. Nice, helpful and friendly reception. Very efficient check-in/out. Breakfast was a little dissapointing and the buffet could be worked on to meet the 19usd pricing but overall ok and the waiters did a good job keeping everyone happy to deserve their service charge/tip. Very down to earth bar with friendly bartender and normal pricing. Liked the recommendation of local beer on tap (IPA &Lager). Nice atmosphere. Overall a good experience that I probably would repeat on the next business trip but would selected something more central to Bellevue center for a privat event.

Stayed here to attend a Seattle Mariners game and it turned out to be a good find. Finding a reasonably priced hotel that was decent was a challenge. Check in was pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and in good shape. No issues at all.

Definitely sign up for their free membership card, this gave us upgraded room and access to a member lounge on the 7th floor. Inside had complimentary water, pop, coffee, snacks, even full breakfast buffet.

Parking was free which was great because many other hotels charged. Free wifi as well.

If you're going to the game, keep in mind the costs to get there and back. We were not prepared to pay as much as we did. About $20 for uber there but the way home jumped to almost $50 for uber and taxi.

Room Tip: Get the free membership. Gives u access to many perks. Ask for 7th floor room to be close to lounge
