The so called "Mexican food" served here is 100% unauthentic and very average. I've noted that authentic Mexican food can vary some by region in Mexico, but here you get the Washington State version and it's not really Mexican at all, I'd say imitation Mexican is closer. For an example: I think they brown their ground beef, then put it in a -blender- and then literally pour it out into a "beef -- taco/enchilada/burrito" - woof, woof. There aren't too many restaurants on my personal avoid list, but this chain is now firmly on that list. Also they have spotty service and their prices for what you get are pretty high. Of course, all of this is just my personal opinion, maybe you'll love it.
