I have been going to Anthony's for almost 20 years .atheir sunset dinners are very good and include soup or salad, appetizer, entree, and dessert. The price for this exquisite cuisine is about $22.00 . these are served from 4 p.m to 6 p.m., I believe Monday thru Thursday. The service is top notch and a view of the harbor.

While spending the night in Olympia for training we were free for dinner. A friend had said she'd heard there was an Anthony's Homeport Restaurant there. I'm familiar with the one here in Seattle and have always been completed impressed and satisfied there so we thought we'd give it a shot.
From where we were staying it was very close and very easy to find. We were very warmly welcomed and were seated right away. A booth a little bit higher than the window tables so it was nice view of the water.
We were actually there about a minute before the Sunset Dinner Specials were expiring. We inquired about it and the waitress assured us it was not a problem, and sure, we could order from it. One of us did. I had a halibut dish. It was perfectly cooked and served with fresh vegetables and boiled potatoes. Yummy and a good serving. I ordered a green salad first to start with so no room for dessert.
My friends were happy with the Grilled Salmon, and the other had a Seafood Linguini. Both were happily filled. But one guy decided to try the Rhubarb Slump. I warned him it was quite big, and he was surprised to see how big. He was able to eat about 2/3 of it.
The place was very clean, quiet, and nice. The staff were friendly, and very prompt. All in all, we all thought we made a wise dinner choice.

Anthony's Homeport is one of the most reliable restaurants in Olympia, especially for fish and shellfish. They source fresh fish and are honest about what is on offer. They have a great way with crab cakes and salmon cakes. Sunset dinners are a great deal and they have one of the best Happy Hours in town -- from 2 or 3pm to 7 pm -- featuring a nice view and a good selection of drinks and bar food.

Anthony's Homeport is located at the north end of Capitol Way, sharing an expansive parking lot with the Farmers' Market and The Port of Olympia. So, parking is not an issue.

The food is delicious, and the service, excellent. The spacious west facing windows give you an unobstructed view of the marina and of The Port of Olympia Plaza with its observation tower giving visitors a bird's eye view south to the Capitol Building, and to the north where you can see the snow covered Olympic Mountain Range and peninsula. After eating, you can take a stroll down to the plaza or play on the pebble shore, or walk along the boardwalk, which borders the marina, all the way south to Capitol Lake, and beyond.

There is outside dining as well, which gives the same view. The late afternoon sun can be a bit too intense for some, and a delight for those who can't soak up enough of it. The tables all have umbrellas that are all but useless in the late afternoon.

Anthony's also has a banquet room which can be reserved.

The restrooms are clean and over the top with screen tv's for the guys, and for women, a washbasin in every stall.

The only reason I won't give Anthony's 5 stars is because of the high noise level. When the restaurant is full, unless you raise your voice, it's impossible to have a quiet conversation with your group. Outside dining is vastly quieter.

It's not cheap, but if you go early, you can save money by visiting the restaurant between the hours of 3:30 and 6:00 in the afternoon for their four course, Sunset Special for $21.95.

Fish and chips were good. The rhubarb was on special for dessert, it was amazing! The service was okay, our waiter was crabby. We sat in the bar area.
