EVERYONE was friendly!(The shuttle driver, the front desk staff & the maids.)
EVERYTHING was clean and stocked! (Front entry, hallways, stairs, elevators, rooms & bathrooms.) Pool was cold & room dirty.

I always look for a Marriott owned property when I travel. This particular Fairfield Inn had good ratings in Trip Advisor so I found the hotel I wanted to stay in. The hotel was very clean (lobby, elevator, rooms),and had coffee and tea available 24 hours. The best feature of this hotel were the staff. Led by General Manager Danielle Whitaker the staff were the friendliest and most accomodating people I have ever met. They had free airport pickup, had a courtesy van to take you to various neighborhood eateries, took you to the station of the city's "subway" system and so much more. They arranged for transportation to the piers where the cruise ships arrived and departed. The people running this service weren't the best but did get me to the cruise ship terminal. After the cruise I had the same service bring me back to Fairfield Inn Seattle Sea-Tac Airport. I arrived at the hotel before noon. I expected to wait until 3:00pm check-in but the staff had my room ready! That left an entire day for sightseeing and to do whatever I wanted. On check-out day my flight was very early. The staff gave me a breakfast bag with yogurt, granola bar and an apple. Who does something like that? These people did! I can't say enough about every single staff person at the hotel. If you want a clean hotel with friendly staff you should seriously consider this Fairfield Inn. You may be on the outskirts of the city but that is only an Uber ride away.

Dated colors and interiors in the lobby and rooms which make you feel uncomfortable. The paper thin walls and doors will ensure that you hear 100% of all the noise at night. The blankets on the bed are so thin they feel like there made out of rags. Beds so clumpy you can feel the spring coils in each mattress. Pillows flat and small. I could go on...

Stayed at this property for one night. Staff was very friendly. Room was clean but requires some minor maintenance. The bathroom has a lot of cracks and require some caulking, but overall its a good place to stay at the price they offer on the net.

Overall a good stay, nice clean room with soundproof windows and comfy beds. Staff was super friendly and offered every courtesy possible during our stay. As a platinum member don’t expect Suite upgrades, this hotel doesn’t have any, however the regular rooms are adequate and clean! Would stay here again.
