I had a business workshop at Alderbrook resort that included breakfast, two lunches and a dinner at the restaurant. I will have to apologize in advance for my bad recollection of names (I'm a numbers guy), but the food and service were outstanding. Wow.
Breakfast was a savory vegetable omelet with caramelized onions with potatoes. And, since I'm coffee-addicted, a mocha. The omelet and the potatoes were a near-religious experience.
Dinner: Salmon and an OMG fantastic mushroom gruyere bread pudding. Dessert was creme brulee, also OMG.
Lunch: Lebanese seasoned beef, pitas and hummus. The beef was soooooooooo tender and tasty.
The servers were nonplussed by the small group's food preferences (various members were vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free) and also very attentive. Very nice folks.
