All the typical Cajun food you'd expect, but in an unlikely place. Crawfish, jambalaya, shrimp and grits, etc. Friendly service. Yummy fresh salads. Nestled in sweet downtown Fayetteville. Its worth a drive from Charleston.

This place was recommended to us by a rafting guide as the best burgers in Fayetteville. She was right! So good!

Loved my sandwich. Crawfish and seafood was good quality. Not crowded either. One time we went we had cute little mason jar glasses. We went back that same week and had regular glasses.

We were tired of "vacation" food, saw the sign for Gumbo's and decided to give it a try. I am so glad that we did. The Cajun fried pickles were delish and we both enjoyed our shrimp po' boy. We did not leave hungry, the portions were big. We will visit again when we are in the area.

Noah is one of the owners and we had the pleasure of being served by him during our recent trip to Fayetteville. Although somewhat strange to find a cajun restaurant in the middle of West Virginia, they seemed to fit right in. My husband and I sauntered over from the Lafayette Flats across the street to have dinner last Friday night, and we were delighted with our selection. We sampled the blackened catfish bites with the homemade sauce and then we shared their special pasta with cajun shrimp that was cooked in a light garlic butter sauce with lemon. It was fantastic. The portion sizes were big enough that we only needed to order one entre and one appetizer and we left totally stuffed. The service was excellent. We will be back on our next trip to West Virginia. Good memories were made here.
