We visited Door County for the first time and are so happy we stayed at Gordon Lodge. Our room was in the Lodge and had a big window with a great view of the water. The room was clean with a private patio. The resort was secluded in a beautiful wooded area. We only stayed one night, but wish we could have stayed longer. We would definitely stay here if we travel to Door County again.

Gordon Lodge is either the best kept secret in Door County or I just haven’t been paying attention.
After 25 years of visiting Door County and suffering from “West Coast bias”, my wife and I finally ventured over to the Lake Michigan side and discovered this gem on North Bay.
We stayed in Stonecrop, a.k.a. #20, and it was such a nice change from the run-of-the-mill hotel rooms that we’re used to.
Spacious, clean and attractive 1-bedroom suite/cottage with huge windows right on the water.
We also had a wonderful dinner at Top Deck restaurant, just a 2 min walk from our cottage.
We’ll be back!

Gordon Lodge is located on the shores of Lake Michigan in Door County, WI. It is beautiful, with cottages and the lodge so close to the water's edge you can hardly believe your eyes. The property is private with a dock and swimming area as well as paddle boards and kayaks for your use. The Lodge has a gym, bar and sitting area as well as a detached restaurant that overlooks the lake---and the food is delicious! The cottages are from the 30s but have been completely remodeled to be modern and comfortable. The fireplace makes it cozy and the wrap around windows let you see the lake from every room. We loved it here and will return as soon as we can. Highly recommend for families, couples and friend gatherings.

Stayed in the White Birch House with 10 people total. It was very nice. The entire lodge area was very nice.

The house is a very nice 5 bedroom. When you enter through the front door, you see an open concept living area open to the kitchen and dining area. This open area over looks private deck out the patio doors.

The first floor master is off hallway, past the laundry and first floor bath will standing shower and jetted bathtub. The master suite is very spacious with en suite bath and walk in closet.

Up the stairs there is open living area with small table and tv area. 4 bedrooms are upstairs.

In the two garage there are four bicycles to make exploring the ground easier. There is plenty of parking in and around house. The gravel walking trails go right by the house and snake through the beautiful forest.

If this property was close to home, we would rent yearly I’m sure.

The wedding was absolutely beautiful, the staff was very accommodating and the pictures turned out great with such a beautiful setting.

The only complaint I heard from group were a few fruit flies in the garbage disposal. The patio door and screen was a little hard to operate.

The lodge could put a sign on main road to make the house easier to find.

Everything was great!

After many trips to Door County years ago with children we decided to treat ourselves. I cannot think of anything we needed on our stay. Lovely property nestled in the woods so well maintained and planned out.
