I called ahead for reservations about 2 weeks in advance of our trip. Once checking in with the hostess and receiving a table number, you watch the fish boil "show" out back -- very fun to see the fireball at the end. You then find your assigned tables. It didn't take long after that to receive our food. It was delicious and very nice-sized portions. Fish, potatoes, onion, 3 types of bread, with cherry pie for dessert. (Ice cream costs extra.) My kids had the ribs and chicken which were very good also. Make sure you add the butter and seasoning to the whitefish to help add flavor. I would definitely recommend attending a fish boil at least once! Overall the price was very reasonable considering the amount of food you get.
