The chef in the back by the cauldron was very interesting and entertaining prior to our meal. We received good seating and the food prepared for the meal was delicious and properly cooked. I would recommend this for anyone wanting a nice $25 fish boil while in door County.

Loved it. From the meal to the view The Old Post Office was excellent. Torch the boil master was great to watch and listen to. The food was served fast. The waitstaff and other employees were awesome. My wife had the rib option and said it tasted great. We choose to sit outside and had a table right across from the bay couldn’t ask for better. The whitefish was great and the cherry pie for dessert was excellent.

I called ahead for reservations about 2 weeks in advance of our trip. Once checking in with the hostess and receiving a table number, you watch the fish boil "show" out back -- very fun to see the fireball at the end. You then find your assigned tables. It didn't take long after that to receive our food. It was delicious and very nice-sized portions. Fish, potatoes, onion, 3 types of bread, with cherry pie for dessert. (Ice cream costs extra.) My kids had the ribs and chicken which were very good also. Make sure you add the butter and seasoning to the whitefish to help add flavor. I would definitely recommend attending a fish boil at least once! Overall the price was very reasonable considering the amount of food you get.

This is the best Door County fish boil we've found so far. Watching and learning about the preparation was fun, of course pay attention at the boil over!
The portions were abundant, with fish, potatoes, onion, breads and slaw. Plus plenty of butter. Finished with a big slice of cherry pie with ice cream.
Service was just "ok", had to ask for drinks and such, but they are trying to bring out 50+ meals at the same time. We would definitely go back.

A must experience in Door County if you enjoy fish. Nice ambiance. Friendly staff. Best whitefish, pumpkin bread and cherry pie. The fish boil presentation was fun to watch. Loved sitting outside on terrace by the water.
