At this steak house you cook your own steak. You pay and then go pick out your steak and throw on one of the three indoor grills. They have a challenge, if you can eat a 40 oz steak, baked potato, salad bar and Texas toast in an hour and 15 minutes you get a free meal next time you go

a great group experience, friendly staff, love the idea of standing around a large indoor grill to prepare your steak the way that you would like

Saw this restaurant on the travel channel, my son and I came to greenbay to see a game, and decided to eat at the prime quater thinking it would be a great place to eat. The only thing that stands out is you cook your own steaks, nice concept but other than that nothing else stands out. Average salad bar, and a baked potato. Wouldn't really recommend the prime quater, there are plenty of other places to eat for less money

We double dated with some of our good friends and enjoy delicious steak. The grills are ready at 5 pm. I encourage making a reservation as the place does get busy fast. For around 22-23 dollars you can pick your cut of steak, enjoy salad bar, and a baked potato. We are gluten free so we brought our bread to "toast" over the charcoal grill which was no problem. We arrived at 4 pm and the bar had free appetizers consisting of fresh veggies and chips. Nice spread.

So if you've read the reviews you know that this place charges pretty much one price for almost all the meals. For that price you get unlimited salad bar, baked potato, Texas toast and a steak of your choosing: you choose the cut, the marinade, heck, you select the exact steak you want! A few other cuts are available at a higher price. The concept is that you cook your own over a barbecue grill. The food overall was good. I selected a rib eye that did not seem to have the marbling one would expect. However, I apparently don't know too much about cooking a monstrous rib eye that is one inch thick. While it is a great experience to have with friends, next time I think I would pay the extra $2 and have someone cook it for you. Service was very good and friendly; the staff take the time to show you around the restaurant / kitchen.
