This restaurant was every bit as elegant as we we're expecting! Amazing fresh food and great service! The prices were fair for the quality of food you received! If you visit and want good, fresh steaks and seafood, this is the place!!

We came here for a family dinner. I will start by saying that the drinks are generously poured and a decent value for the price. As for the food, the pan fried walleye I ordered was so good it melted in my mouth. The sweet potato fries were as good as they get and the dinner rolls were fresh baked, warm, and excellent! The only downside is that the food is a bit on the expensive side. We went with the less expensive choices.

We had 6 people out for a high end supper. One ordered "Medium-Medium-Rare" Tenderloin which he explained as extra rare. Mine was Medium Rare Tenderloin. A third was a medium rare rib-eye. They all came out well done. One was so hungry she decided to eat it, the other two were send back and came back Medium Well... Not much better. This was NOT a waitress problem, she took very careful notes and placed the order properly. My conclusion [and they did not give any excuse] is that the chef called in sick and the bus boy - who started that afternoon- took over.
The other three had Beef Strogonoff and 2 fish, which were fine.

We were only in Green bay for 1 night and looked at a bunch of restaurant reviews and menus before finally choosing thks place, we were not disappointed. Service was friendly and knowledgeable. Ambience was prefect for a romantic dinner for two, candlelights and a gorgeous view of the river with a well taken of lawn and lush. The food of course was the best part. I had the ribeye with crab legs and a twice baked potato. The ribeye was tender and full of so much flavor, no steal sauce needed. Crab legs that tasted as fresh as can be. Best baked pototao I have ever had at a steak house, the sour cream and butter and chive baked n blended right. My other half had the porterhouse and crab legs and sweet potatoe, one again fok tender steak, great crab legs, and sweet potato served with a delicious cinnamon butter almost could of been a desert. Another amazing thing about this restaurant is they serve alcoholic ice cream drinks, you have to try a grasshopper or Kahlua surpreme!

Thank A R

Had dinner here on a Sunday night. The setting was very pleasant, overlooking the river. Food was excellent. Service was excellent. My ribeye needed just a little more cook. The waitress quickly took care of it. The owner came by and asked about our meal. We said everything was great & mentioned my steak. He immediately said he'd check on it. He brought my steak back and waited for me to try it. Came back about 10 minutes later to check again. The man genuinely wanted my meal to be excellent. It was.
