Hubbard Park Lodge is in the lovely setting near the Milwaukee River with ample parking through a covered bridge. The inside is rustic and warm. We both ordered the Walleye fish and it was delicious but everything fried or drowned in mayonnaise-bases. I know there is a baked fish alternative on the menu and am sorry now not to have ordered it. It would be nice to have the fried fish with lighter cole slaw and potato pancakes, maybe some fruit slices on the side. Waitress, Ava, was attentive and personable.
