Our family escaped a rainy morning at the farmers market and enjoyed a very nice breakfast. Everyone enjoyed what they ordered, from scrambled eggs with ham and hash browns to pancakes to toad in the hole. Very good coffee. Cash or checks only so come prepared.

Stopped for lunch on Sunday and had some great sandwiches! The ham&cheese and reuben were very good as well as their pasta salad. Always fresh and delicious! The place has a very laid back atmosphere and you never feel rushed.

One of the best places to eat in West Bend. Family run, great food and hospitality. We came for a family reunion. Can't wait to go back.

Thoroughly charming historic dining area with bright windows overlooking main street. My daughter and I joke that we're taking a mini European vacation when we enjoy the cozy outdoor seating area, with its high brick walls, rambling flowering plants and narrow alley views through to Main Street.
The menu is very limited (usually offering 3-4 different sandwiches and salads and 1-2 soup choices) but the food is unfailingly delicious and the prices are among the lowest in town for comparable food.
A great place for large groups to meet as the dining room is large and seldom crowded.

This beautifully renovated gem on the Main Street of West Bend offers a clever twist on the luncheon sandwich: one can pick the sandwich filling and then have it on a bed of greens! Many in my party did just that for a healthy alternative. I chose the breaded type with multigrain bread. The bread was fresh but then soaked in butter. It took two big napkins to get my hands degreased. Prices are extremely reasonable and service was prompt and thorough. Warning: cash only at the register!
