Most people come to Wisconsin Dells seeking water park activities and thrills. However if you're more of an explorer type, and/or interested in history, this is a place to go. It's only about 2 miles from the downtown Wisconsin Dells. It has one of the better preserved mound groups in the state. The site is under Stewardship of the Ho-Chunk Nation.
