As Cody's one and only small, elegant, historic, boutique hotel, the Chamberlin stands head and shoulders above any other Cody lodging for the traveler who seeks unique accommodations. However, as of a year or so ago, the hotel formalized its previously informal offerings of specialty wine, beer, and cocktails under the name Chamberlin Spirits, a public bar that occupies delightful indoor/outdoor environs of the hotel's private patio, courtyard, and sun room. On many occasions, the space also hosts tasteful live music by regional performers. This welcomed addition is icing on the cake of the Chamberlin, where the rooms are still the stars in your stays. I know of no other lodging that exceeds the Chamberlin in providing for guests' head to toe comfort, especially in beds that, upon lying down, you won't want to leave. The Chamberlin isn't so much a hotel as an experience--one you won't forget.

Room Tip: Every room is unique. Take time to choose on their website.

We have just spent three nights at this Inn and we can highly recommend it! The staff including Shelby, Elizabeth and Bill were delightful and made our stay in Colby so enjoyable and relaxing. The rooms are beautiful and in keeping with the
History of the Inn. The outside garden is a very relaxing spot to enjoy a cold drink after a day exploring Yellowstone and the town of Cody.

Booked at the Chamberlin since I was going to spend a night there based on reviews. I agree with the positive reviews. Met the Assistant Manager at checkin. She was kind, gracious, and helpful. I had a few questions about town that she answered. She showed me my room and the other facilities including the wine bar. The room was very clean & tidy. I had a very restful night. On my way out I ran into the manager. He was also most kind & gracious. I would recommend this place to trip advisor as well as friends & family.

Both the staff and the charm of the place are unbelievable. Cody offers many attractions including nightly rodeo, historical sights, and access to Yellowstone NP. Bill at the Chamberlain Inn was an excellent source of information and the rooms are just the best. Couple that with the Inn's live entertainment, and you've got a very unique stay!

We stayed in the Hemingway room which is beautifully restored. The Spirits bar was a delightful surprise with excellent cocktails, live music on the sun porch and patio. The staff was friendly and helpful and the bed comfortable. There were fresh flowers in every room.
