Not bad oysters, but sure wish the young ones were on the menu. Husband loved the burgers and the beer. Once you have ordered drinks at least once you would think the bartenders would go to all of the tables to see about refills, but only selected tables were visited...hum The girls wait on single men but not tables with women at them...

Our meal was good, but the service left A LOT to be desired. We watched as the man next to us waited for 30 minutes to get a simple sandwich in a restaurant where there were only 3 occupied tables, all of which had already been served. When he finally asked the waitress about his order, she stomped off to check on it. She came back with a patty melt that was totally raw. When he complained about both the service and the food, the waitress and the hostess argued with him, and offered 50% off of a totally inedible meal. We chimed in about the food and service, so then they gave him his money back, but it was 9:00 at night and he stood little chance of getting a meal anywhere else in the town. I was angry about how this guest was treated, and it will be a VERY LONG TIME before we dine there again. Save yourself a hassle with lazy and argumentative help staff, and dine somewhere else.

Friday night is for prime rib at Chutes -- and it's good! The salad was crisp and tasty. Unusual nachos on the menu were to have barbequed beef and creme fraiche -- but came with no creme fraiche & just browned ground beef topped with some bottled barbeque sauce. This was a big, messy disappointment. The service was abysmal -- although the waitress offered all kinds of service when we arrived, she seemed unfamiliar with the menu items, and was absent for most of our visit.
