Couple of travelers suggested this restaurant as they said was very good.
We went here the first night we arrived in Jackson Hole Town for our anniversary dinner.
The atmosphere quite loud with many people talking is not a romantic place for dinner. Is more casual. We sat by the bar with an unfriendly bartender, it might be he was very tired with a place packed with tourist everyday. Not long we got a called that our table is ready.
Our server Lindsay was a lovely friendly lady.
We ordered a charcuterie 6 for $21.
You are able to pick any meats and cheeses you like to combine.
We picked Spicy Elk sausage, butcher's special summer sausage, drunken cheddar, triple cream brie, and Teton tomme Goat's milk.
Arrived with big chunk of cheese , apricot marmalade, house made mustard and other condiment. Was so happy with the choices. Sooo good!!
The Main Dish was the Trout,
The fish skin so crispy, the meat so delicious, came with the squash and delicious vegetables. This is one of the best fish dish we ever tried!
I still dream about it when I write this review...
