Went to Pho Kapaa for the first time. Good food at a reasonable price. Quite a bit of seating space and place is clean. Appears they do a very good take out business as lots of take out orders were being picked up.

We had a very good lunch of pho and a stir fry entrée. We though that the food was good, a little lack luster but good anyway.

Small Vietnamese Restaurant in the Safeway shopping center. Doesn't look like much from the outside and fairly small seating inside (no outside eating area), but what a pleasant surprise. Great service (one person waited on all the tables), excellent food and overall great tasting food. Lots of choices (we ate there for lunch) and food was well prepared and served fresh. If you have not eaten here during your stay in Kapaa, you're missing out on a great treat!

We were famished and were looking for a place to eat. This restaurant isn't readily seen from the main road. The waitress seated us right away. Our order came fast. Menu selection isn't as numerous as in Honolulu but it was worth it. I had the pork chop and it was tasty and tender. Unfortunately they didn't have the dish I liked... lemongrass pork chop! They had lemongrass chicken and beef but no lemongrass pork chop, go figure. My wife had pho and she stated it was a bit on the salty side and she asked for addidtional hot water. Price is reasonable.
