When in Kapa'a we go here to have casual food in a casual setting. Drinks good, happy hour only $1 off, so not that much, but drinks good. Food is OK, nothing too too special but OK and filling. People watching the best on top.

They have a huge menu and huge portions, but the food is just ok. I had a breakfast special of eggs, Portuguese sausage and pumpkin biscuits. The biscuits were pretty bad— covered in some semi-sweet sludge. The eggs and sausage were fine. The best part is that it’s open air and overlooks the little town of Kapa’a

Ate here three times. First time was a stop in Kapaa after flying into Lihue en route to Princeville. Had a pork burrito that was fantastic. Next time had fish and chips which had four large pieces that were freshly made and above average for quality. Third time was a burger that was just average. Open air seating in a rustic second floor venue. Perimeter tables had a view. Nice cross breeze. I think a great lunch place with large portions, and tasty menu items. Pricing was ~$15 per which is typical for the island. Breakfast probably also a good choice, but did not eat then. Dinner only if you are looking for a lunch feel. Not fine dining. A small bar area that seemed to have happy customers.
