Employees treated us well and the restaurant was fabulous. Service is good, they treated us as a member of their family. It was very close to everything including the airport. The mall was close and the amenities were usable.

Stayed here for three nights in July '18.

Pros:
- Very good location that makes a great "home base" for exploring the island and is also very close to the airport.
- Breakfast in the attached restaurant is quite good, and they'll let you use your breakfast coupon to get a "take-away" breakfast if you want to do a road trip.
- Friendly staff.

Cons:
- Dozens of ants appeared in the room. Hotel helpfully let us switch rooms, but the new room had ants in it too.
- WiFi is terrible - it alternates between "consistently extremely bad" and "very fast for 10 minutes of a time, then disappears for 10 minutes".
- Parking is a $10 surcharge/night and isn't even that great - if you're unlucky, you may have to go all the way around the building to get in.
- Hallways look very retro, and not in the good way.

We stayed here overnight, enroute back to LA from Molokai.

Although it is a bit dated ( ie 70’s) in terms of the building, the room was large, clean, quiet and comfortable with an excellent bed. The complex is very well maintained, and there is also a nice pool. The staff were all very polite and cheerful.

Certainly recommend for anyone looking for an overnight stay only 5 mins from the airport.

I stayed here b/c I wanted to support a native Hawaiian family. Location was great, close to Paia and the Road to Hana. The rooms were clean with a/c and nice large windows. Views on the property were very pretty and I loved that there were two "quiet areas" to sit and lay out or enjoy the view. Restaurant near by was helpful for an easy breakfast. Affordable stay, I will return for sure.

Front desk ladies were very friendly and helpful,. Accommodations, meaning the room was pleasant and clean. Outdoor grounds were well cared for with easy access to beach on the bay. Appreciate the central location-great for Haleakalau.

Room Tip: Second floor gives better view and less noise from people walking along paths.
