Monsoon India's food is consistently prepared well, with great flavors and choices. We often order dinner from them through Hopper Maui and then eat it on our lanai, enjoying the ocean breezes in the comfort of our home. My husband loves the spicy Vindaloo dishes, especially!

The food was absolutely delicious, with delicately balanced spices and great flavours. Sometimes Indian food can be cooked in a way that many dishes taste the same - not here. We shared the Malai Kofta and the Bhindi Masala, which couldn't have been more different but both superb. I had a tandoori roti, which was nicely cooked, both soft and crispy in places. My husband had the cheese naan. When the food first arrived, I thought we might not be full, but in fact it was the perfect amount. I had the vegan chai, which was beautifully spiced but not sweet, just as I had hoped. The service was friendly and prompt - the only place in Maui so far where they filled our water glasses up regularly - which was helpful as we were a bit underhydrated after scuba diving. As a bonus, it was the perfect place to watch the sunset, and we got a table right by the open window for the best view.

It isn't easy to find good Indian food on Maui but you'll definitely return often. Authentic in all respects with correct spices including subtle curry leaves. Owner
even located a local source that supplies him with the freshest handpicked leaves from her tree. Food selections are ofered mild
to spicy to meet everyone's
preference. It was the first
time for 3 of us to dine there. We ordered way too much, but we wanted to sample everything. We had
reg. Naan, aloo patatha naan, samosa and pakors
appetizers, tandoori chicken on bone, basmati rice, curry and veggie selections. Sauces wonderful. Topped off the lunch with a Pista Kulfi (Indian ice cream) ..
pistachio. Full bar. Needless to say we went home with doggie bags.
Look forward to going back to this hideaway oceanfront restaurant. Lunch and
dinner.

This restaurant is in a condo/resort right on the water. Stunning view, and it is a nice restaurant. The food was good, but we’ve had better Indian food. And of course, being Hawaii, it was very expensive. The service was fabulous.

Had lunch here, as well as dinner earlier in the week. The restaurant is well located on the beach front. The staff are lovely and helpful, but the best thing about this food is the food!! Everything tastes authentic as it would in India! We had a chicken dish and a saag dish which was lovely. For lunch we had 2 different vegetarian dishes which were delicious. Highly recommended
