Unit 24's 2nd floor location affords a beautiful view overlooking the pool with the beach and ocean in the immediate background - as close as 150 feet! The newly upholstered furniture in the living room and bedroom combined with the brand new natural bamboo window treatments and a fully stocked kitchen was beyond expectations for the price paid per night. You will not find a better value on the island.

We only stayed here for 3 nights, but I would easily stay here again. We in fact tried to extend our stay, but all the condos were fully booked. What we really appreciated was that the staff assisted us with finding a very nice alternative place, basically something that we would never have found our selves otherwise and allowed us to remain in the area.

What we liked the most: The BBQ/terrace area and the good value for money. Our condo was perfect (well equipped kitchen, airco, very nice bathroom and gigantic fridge).

We are family of 4 , stayed at one of the units for 4 days this July.
Had no issues, enjoyed our stay . Condo has great location, right on a beach, nice lanai patio, huge and very comfortable bed , kitchen is stuffed with utensils , air conditioner was working great, they supplied a lot of towels, there are BBQs on a beach, management was very welcoming and accommodating.

We stayed in unit # 9, upstairs at the front overlooking the beach. A beautiful location, close to most sights. The units are a little dated, and ours had a few issues, which have been reported to the managers, the lovely Paula and Ron, and I'm sure the maintenance man will attend to the problems. Otherwise, a very secluded and quiet location. One night while we were there Paula organised a Pu Pu party, (where all bring a snack to share at sundown). It rained a little, but that did not dampen the joy of the get together, and meeting some of the other guests and residents. All in all, a good place to stay.

I'm writing this in reply to Skliewer4154 review. The permanent owner that was peering at you was actually my husband. We are guests that stay 6 weeks every year. This property is a non smoking property. I alerted the managers that you were smoking on your lanai (of a wooden building) and he nicely reminded you that it was a non smoking property. By the 3rd time he had to tell you not to smoke on the property, I agree, he wasn't so nice to you. We also go and want to spend time relaxing and enjoying ourselves. We choose non smoking properties because smoking is offensive to us. The managers are the friendliest people I know and always make you feel like family. I stay at Kihei kai for 6 weeks every year and they spray for bugs every month. Yes, there are ants and bugs but that is what you get for being 50 steps to the beach. Every unit is individually owned. The units we have stayed in have been updated in the last 5 years. I believe you can see pictures of the individual units on their website. PS I'm 60!

Room Tip: Go on their website and look at the pictures of the individual units
