My Sister and I come to Hawaii every year for our yearly get away. We have stayed in many Outrigger properties and always enjoy our experience. We have stayed in other brands but the Outriggers always brings back a little of old Hawaii. From the moment we walked into the lobby we were met by Paula who makes you feel at home immediately. Paula has been with the property 21 years and still greets you with that Aloha spirit. She made our annual trip a delight. I also want to point out Bobby's service in getting us up and running with wifi when we had a problem. We look forward to returning next year based on the hospitality of this Hotel/Condo.

I needed the air condition. Room air conditioners would have help. While at night the room was comfortable with the cross breeze and three ceiling fans. That left no privacy in your room. The doors and windows had to stay open day and night. The hotel was in a great location, very clean and the staff was friendly. There are two floors/levels, which is a good thing, because they do not have an elevator. All the rooms face the grounds or the beach. There are multiple grills located on the grounds. Beach views and well groomed grounds. Two swimming pools, one in the center of the resort and the other located by the beach and the Gazebo restaurant. The rooms are well equipped with full size fridge, stove, micro, and dishwasher and dishes which made it easy to prepare some meals inside. There is a grocery store minutes away. They have a laundry area (for a cost). The resort is in a great location it is in need of upgrades (air condition) for me to stay here again.

This was our third time staying in a unit at Napili Shores. We will always come back. This visit we were in building D. Our balcony was provided privacy by beautiful plumeria trees, yet still offered a view of the upper pool, a glimpse of the ocean horizon, and plenty of quiet. The room was clean, comfortable and enjoyable. We love the proximity to the ocean, bay, turtle watching, great food, stunning sunsets and relaxing pools with no crowds or heavy traffic. Yes, there was construction across the street this time but it never bothered us. We will continue to come back to Napili Shores.

The condo is clean, the bed comfortable and the staff wonderful. The condo is dated and the one bedroom is tight quarters. Need to keep windows open so you hear everything. The pools are quite small and while the beach is lovely, you must arrive early to get your real estate. Good snorkeling and mild waves. Easy to swim.
