We stopped in after a long day doing the tourist thing on a Thursday prior Labor Day weekend. This place was jumping. My husband and I shared two apps. Cannot recall what but I can tell you there was none left on the plate. If you like beer then go, it was cold and tasty.

Stopped here for an Irish coffee following dinner out! I'm not an Irish coffee connoisseur but this is supposed to be the best you can find. A old time bar/bistro décor makes it a perfect after dinner excursion.

This popular pub had a very good menu. My favorite was their Guinness soup that was just awfully good. They also had a prince of a pub dog, whose name I forget. Unfortunately, both the pub and the dog are gone now. Our loss.

If you are in North Beach then you should definitely visit O'Reilly's. Reminds me of the pubs in Europe. Very friendly and attentive. Located on a great block in North Beach.

After walking in and out of Foley's Irish House, the worst excuse for an Irish bar I have ever seen, O'Reilly's was a breath of fresh air.
Good atmosphere, good crowd (even a group of guys straight from Ireland), good drinks (almost died of pure happiness when they had smithwicks on tap) and most importantly Authentic!!
The bar tender poured everything properly and made an outstanding irish coffee for my mum.
I felt like I was back in Galway. This pub made my trip.
