I stayed at this location with my son during a weekend trip up to San Fran. An amazing property filled with Marine history and memorials. The ambiance in the building is great and the room was exceptional. Beds were super comfy and more pillows than you know what to do with. Wifi was exceptional. Discounted valet parking at the Olympic parking garage right up the street. Military pay by the rate with club membership!

Historical building. Very nicely updated rooms, with good wi-Fi signal throughout the building, free of charge, unlike some hotels.
Rooms are clean, and comfortable. In room mini-fridge, safe, and coffee maker.
The breakfast buffet, included in room price, is excellent, and it is a joy to look over the skyline from the 12th deck dining area. The lower level gym has a lap pool, treadmills, and all the amenities you'd want. There are also some yoga classes most days of the week.
Business center is accessible 24/7, and a historical library, with fireplace, may make you think of Downtown Abbey.

The staff is uniformly friendly and professional.
The Club is convenient to much of the city's main attractions, five blocks walk from the BART station.
Parking-Can pay a discounted rate at a nearby garage. Not inexpensive parking, but a good deal considering the area.

Great Hotel. Large rooms for SF. The dining staff are great and the view is amazing. Very nice breakfast - not a continental. It is only a few blocks from Union Square. It is a very easy walk from BART.

Great location, clean, friendly staff, very nice included breakfast, happy hour, and gym. It's within walking distance of Chinatown, Market Square, and the Museum of Modern Art, as well as the theater district. The hotel itself has a performing arts theater and interesting military history library.

ur family of six (mom, dad + 4 kids) stayed in suite 304 and 403. I was very disappointed in the bathroom of suite 304. It is desperately in need of upgrade! The toilet is so low, it mind as well have been a hole in the floor. I felt so grossed out by the bathroom that twice during our stay, my daughter and I showered in the gym! Also, the rooms are too dimly lit. Lighting made rooms seem dingy. Hope this helps! I really liked the location and historical aspects of the hotel. The extra tall ceilings and windows in suite 304 and 403 were beautiful but also allowed in too much street noise. Didn't appreciate hearing very loud garbage trucks every morning.
