From the time you arrive, until the time you leave, MCF is attacking your senses -- in the best possible way. We had a reservation for 8:45 pm and there must have been two dozen people waiting to get in. We were seated right away. The lights, colors, music and smells envelope you. Our drink order was promptly taken - we were served right away while contemplating all the tantalizing menu offerings. We settled on steamed market greens, stir fried pumpkin, taiwanese basil eggplant, Kung Pao pastrami, chow mein with duck, broccoli beef brisket and the cumin lamb. We completely over-ordered and took home 3 "to go" boxes. The flavors were amazing; the vibe was fabulous; the service was on point. There were still two dozen people waiting to get in when we left! I'd like to go back to try other items on the menu. Thanks for the cookbook foreword, Anthony Bourdain! And they donate to the SF and Marin food banks and are zerofoodprint.org-certified.
