Yang Sing has certainly gotten its share of recognition . Their Peking Duck catapulted them to number one Chinese restaurant in USA by a TV food show. The owner has her own share of press as well. The dim sum carts that roll on by with many little bamboo containers with lots of variety and prices. So as you point to a dish and say " I'll have that" you might want to add up in your minds calculator so that you are not shocked when the bill comes. The venue is large which accommodates the wealth of customers and waits are not that long. The food is good some dishes better than others. Go for their roasted Peking duck as that seems to be "the press' favorite " . I personally like Cantonese which is not that common here in San Francisco
