I almost always book Amex Fine Hotels because of the amenities like late check in, free breakfast and room upgrade. This was our first time at the Ritz in SF, and what a great find. Large rooms, good food, but the coolest thing was their attention to detail. I had a phone charger plugged in with the cable tangled and came back to the room and not only was the cable coiled nicely, it even had a free Velcro cable tie to keep it neat. Sitting on my laptop was a package with a Ritz logo’d microfiber screen cleaning cloth.
It is the great details like this that endear a hotel to me. Your effort was noticed and appreciated. We will be coming back to SF, and we will be staying at your hotel.More
