Great place and a great price for the area! There are alot of Air B&Bs in the Harpers Ferry / Shepherdstown area, and this is one of the better ones (Top 10% in terms of Quality).
This one is right in between each place.
Makes a great weekend trip!

We had a great time at Peace Ridge Farm. Nick and Erin were gracious hosts. The trip to the Quarry was beautiful and we enjoyed swimming in the lake. Their apartment was spacious and clean and great place to stay with our friends. We had a relaxing time in Harper's Ferry. We will return again!
