The Good
- Hotel is priced appropriately for the area and the time of year.
- The rooms were clean and spacious.
- Right next to Moab Brewery and Blue Pig, but away from the main downtown area, which we liked
- Bed was comfortable

(Not That) Bad
- Bathroom had no where to hang towels
- They did not have a bike wash station or hose available to wash the dirt off. In a town dedicated to the outdoors and bikes this would have been helpful.

Of Note
- They do not want bikes in the rooms, but had a locked bike room. You might want to bring a cable lock, but we left ours in there without all week and had no issues
- The breakfast did not vary much but was plentiful.

The Quality Suites was a nice place with a spacious room that was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and a good choice of pillows. The check-in was quick and the desk help polite. The Quality Suites were still a little bit pricey, but a lot less than the other majors in the area. The breakfast was OK, but nothing spectacular. I would stay here again if I was in the Moab area.

Lousy breakfast though they tried with a waffle maker but no toppings but cold syrup and frozen butter. Tasteless cold scrabbled eggs, tapeworm looking and textured bacon. Good coffee and OJ. We survived on the Dannon yogurt and bagels.

We booked two rooms. The hotel is older and the rooms were clean. We tried to check in early and the staff at the desk was rude to me when I asked about early check in. At check-in a different staff member had a line of people checking in. She was not very motivated to move quickly and her personality was less than friendly. Later I saw her at the desk staring at the computer with her hand on her face like she was bored out of her mind. Asked for coffee and I got a response to go around the corner in the breakfast room and help yourself. No lights on in the room but I was able to get coffee
All in all it was quiet and a good night sleep. Moab is expensive and I guess the cost of $200 per night is reflected in the place we chose and the serving we received

While the room was spacious, I encountered too many issues, one of which was disgusting. Mildly irritating was the coffee machine hadn't been cleaned out. There were little black gnat like bugs in the room. The bathroom fixtures were so old/confusing that an elderly woman flagged me down while I was walking down the hallway...she couldn't figure out how to turn the shower off and the tub was filling up. She was so upset and was in tears. But the absolute worst part was in the breakfast area. A worker in that area came from the back carrying a tray of bagels/bread etc and she had her latex gloves IN HER MOUTH. She then laid the tray down, put the gloves on, and proceeded to handle the food. Knowing she did this in full view of several customers, I can only imagine what might be done when no one is watching. I work for the State of Utah and travel for work, staying in hotels all over the state. I have removed this hotel from the list of places I will ever stay again.
