This is a pleasant, convenient and well managed hotel. It is conveniently located in Biltmore Park. It is walking distance to several restaurants, a modern multi screen theatre and several shops. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Asheville, yet just 15 minutes away by car. The staff is competent, courteous and efficient.

Kofi L,

Thank you so much for letting us know how we are doing!

Our safe and convenient town plaza is certainly our strongest point of enjoyment. The shops and activities provide a wonderful ambiance, especially in the fall!

We hope that you see us again soon :)

As always, safe travels!

This is our second stay at this Hilton. It is in a great location with nearby shopping, restaurants and movie theater. Hotel guests can use the nearby YMCA, which is very nice! Housekeeping always cleaned our room promptly. All the staff were incredibly attentive. Unbelievably, the bartender Jay remembered our children from our visit 3 years ago! This touched us more than we can say. We would not hesitate to stay here again, in fact this hotel is part of the reason we came back to vacation in Asheville and we weren’t disappointed!

We stayed at this hotel while exploring the area. The staff was very attentive and professional and the room was excellent. We stayed in a room with a king size bed and it had a lounge chair and ottoman as well as a desk. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious with a huge shower. We had the breakfast buffet with made-to-order omelets. This is a Hilton where you expect the best and you'll find it at this property!

The hotel itself isn't unpleasant. However, it is very bland and corporate and is located in a characterless out of town, 'upscale' mall area. Staff are attentive.

The hotel seems more like a Hilton Garden Inn than a Hilton Hotel. To that end, I would recommend looking at the downtown Hilton Garden Inn before considering this hotel.

The HVAC is noisy and woke us up every time it kicked in. Walls seem pretty thin as we could hear the young child in the next room very clearly. Water pressure is unimpressive, so don't expect an invigorating shower in the morning. More of a warm dribble. Not sure if this is related to the 'green' building techniques.

I used Hilton Honors points for my stay as I'm a gold member. Probably not the best use of this benefit, but at least I didn't pay for the subpar experience.

Thank you Ray S!

Thank you for continuing to be an Honors family member :) We appreciate you taking the extra time to let us know how we operate!

Our hotel was built in conjunction with the Biltmore Park theme to create a wholehearted and clean community. These motives are the heart of our hotels vision.

We apologize for your negative experience with the water pressure during your shower, as that is not the norm and is not be acceptable by any means. Our maintenance team will be notified to investigate any plumbing issues to that regard.

We sincerely thank you for your feedback and look forward to continually revaluating our presentation and operation standards.

As always, safe travels!

As a Hilton Diamond member I can tell you this property is first class. We were upgraded to a junior suite. There was nothing junior about it! Great size living area, double sinks in the bathroom, plenty of storage room, well maintained, just great!

Michelle checked us in upon arrival. If I owned a hotel I would steal her away! She was so warm, welcoming and accommodating...a true hotel ambassador!

Andersen served us breakfast one morning in the dining room and was just excellent! He really had his act together and just knew the right things to do and say.

The hotel is located in a great area of Asheville with shopping and dining options steps away.

The entire staff was very friendly and accommodating.

For Diamond members the hotel provides a full breakfast buffet with a cooked to order omelet station.

I wish I traveled to this area more often because I would always stay at this hotel.
